"Stopped for a quick coffee during our long walk. It's a nice cafe with lots of outdoor seating. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly, practising her English with us. Even though we should have known more Spanish!!"

"Pongo esta reseña de la manera más objetiva, porque así fue mi experiencia. Ayer día 15 de diciembre tan pronto me bajé del Ferry del maravilloso Fred Olsen, procedente de Tenerife, a primera hora de la mañana, me encontré con este bar cafetería, muy coqueto por cierto llamado La Venta de Souza, que era lo único que vi abierto en ese momento, lo cual ya suma puntos, luego la bienvenida no pudo ser mejor, tanto que desayuné y también almorcé, la atención fue impecable por parte de las camareras, delicioso todo y de primera y máxima calidad. La terraza sí que la evité puesto que todavía se fuma, pero aquí y en todos los establecimientos con terrazas a nivel nacional, hasta que la nueva ley lo prohíba y se haga vigente. Invito desde aquí a todos los que pasen por el Parque Santa Catalina en las Palmas de Gran Canaria, a que degusten el menú de LA VENTA DE SOUZA, es exquisito y altamente recomendable. Muchas gracias. "Een typisch Spaans buit terras wat vooral bezocht wordt door bewoners van las Palmas Een salade met een koffie smaakte goed. Het groene park van Santa Catalina is aangenaam om te vertoeven. Schaduwrijk terras redelijk geprijsd."
